Treatment choices lurking and taking
Cancer, robbing and forsaking
Invading every cell and thought
Lurking in blood counts in the making.
Infectious threats invading and raiding
Life is faltering and fading
Germs too vigorous to be fought
Cancer cells are masquerading.
Jesus, Savior healing and mending
Miracles, He is ever sending
My only Hope He has brought
Leukemia draws to an ending.
