I received this e-mail from a dear friend in Tennessee. Please pray for this little girl and her family.
I wanted to write you to request your prayers for one of our sweet twin granddaughters(4 years old). She has had a significant loss of vision in one eye. This was noticed in a regular check-up in January. Since then, the specialists they have been seeing have tried different therapy treatments including requiring her to patch her good eye. This has been very hard on her because when her good eye is patched she is virtually blind and has a hard time coping. At her check-up a few days ago, the doctors decided they were beginning to see signs of what they think is an "orbital eye mass" and she is scheduled to have a CT Scan on Monday afternoon. There are several outcomes of an "orbital eye mass", and we would requests your prayers that the results will be a treatable condition. Of course, we are all hoping she can have her vision restored in that eye, also. We will be with them when she has the CT Scan on Monday, but they have said the results might not be ready until Tuesday. I will let you know what we find out. Thank you so very much for your prayers. I really was upset at first to have to wait until Monday, but that gives us several days of prayer time and that is very comforting to Grandma.
