Very Urgent Prayer Request for Stacie

I just learned that another fungus is growing out on the sputum culture from my lungs. This is very serious with the state of immune suppression, which I am in currently.

All further treatments have been suspended.

I will be desensitized to an IV antifungal (Caspifungin) in the morning.

Then I will be facing 28 straight days of IV antifungal (minimum).

This recently killed a 43 year old leukemia patient that I knew from OSU - once again, I call upon you for prayers and to God to spare my life.

I am devastated.

A New Beginning: What Must I Do To Be Saved?

This is the most important question anyone will ever ask. First, you must realize that you are lost. When Adam and Eve committed the first sin, man broke relationship with God. From this time forward, everyone was born with a sinful nature. So it does not matter how good of a person you are, you are lost. The Bible says in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." Secondly, you must realize that the consequence of sin is death. Not just a physical death, but a spiritual death, too. The Bible says in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Next, you must realize that God loves YOU so much that He gave His only Son, Jesus, to die and pay the price for your sins. You must openly accept the free gift from God to confirm your believe in Jesus by openly confessing your faith in Jesus. The Bible says in I John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." In order to be promised eternal live in Heaven, you must believe these things and confess them with your mouth.
