Request for Prayer

Please pray at 320 today. I will have the sinus scope and/or sinus puncture unsedated. It could not be arranged during tomorrow's bronchoscopy at 1. I continue to run a fever. Will try to update tonight when I am not posting from my phone.

pastongriffin said...: Okay Stacie, I do feel for you...tho thankfully I am not having such serious problems as you with infection. Had the bronchoscopy last year - not fun...but the worst is feeling alone in hospital and not sure what is going on in your body. Pray that you will know your body as the holy temple of the Holy Spirit - even when it is in such need his presence blesses your sick body..

A New Beginning: What Must I Do To Be Saved?

This is the most important question anyone will ever ask. First, you must realize that you are lost. When Adam and Eve committed the first sin, man broke relationship with God. From this time forward, everyone was born with a sinful nature. So it does not matter how good of a person you are, you are lost. The Bible says in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." Secondly, you must realize that the consequence of sin is death. Not just a physical death, but a spiritual death, too. The Bible says in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Next, you must realize that God loves YOU so much that He gave His only Son, Jesus, to die and pay the price for your sins. You must openly accept the free gift from God to confirm your believe in Jesus by openly confessing your faith in Jesus. The Bible says in I John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." In order to be promised eternal live in Heaven, you must believe these things and confess them with your mouth.
