The Words I Would Say

I heard this song for the first time early this morning. It made me reflect on how many words remain unspoken. For whatever reason - pride, inability to express heartfelt emotions, relational struggles, or simply time restraints, words often remain unspoken. I post this today as it expresses many words that I would say everyday to my children and grandchild if I had the opportunity. And when I depart from this earth, I pray that each of them will read and reread these words I would say to them if given the opportunity, as well as all of the other words I have written on this blog. With the companionship of my words, may those I love most be comforted and encouraged with each passing day.
